The most complex work
is still in human hands.

A hand precisely placing an electronic component onto a circuit board
Workers sorting mixed goods by hand between warehouse conveyors
Gloved hands driving fasteners into a metal assembly
Gloved hands placing food by hand along a production line

Traditional robots struggle with tasks that need dexterity, intelligence
and adaptability.

Perceptyne solves just that.

We engineer the hardware and Physical AI together.

PR-OMNI lit in a dark studio: head, sensor band and both arms

Arms

  • Force-awareSenses every contact, and adjusts its force.
  • 7 DoFReaches around obstacles, as a human arm does.
  • Sleek and compactSlim enough for tight workcells.

Hands

  • In-hand manipulationTurns and repositions a part without setting it down.
  • Tactile sensingFeels what it holds, by touch.
  • Force-awareGrips firmly or gently, as each part needs.

Base

  • Holonomic driveMoves in any direction, without turning first.
  • GantryRaises and lowers the body, to work low or high.

Head

  • 4 DoF movable headExtends and turns for the best view of every task.
  • Powered by PR-PHIVisual servoing, force-aware feedback and many more skills.

Say the task.

One instruction in. PR-PHI’s task planner lays out the steps, with no code.

  • Task plannerTurns an instruction into steps, and each step into skills.
  • BuilderArrange and adjust the steps yourself, without code.

Skills do the work.

Each step runs on proven skills, trained on real industrial data. Not one opaque model.

  • Visual servoReaches the part wherever the jig left it.
  • Peg-in-a-hole insertionSeats a part by feel, without exact coordinates.
  • Learned from peopleNew skills are taught by people showing the work.

It sees, and it feels.

Vision finds the header wherever the board sits. Touch tells it when the connector is home.

  • VisionDetects, tracks and finds the pose of every part.
  • TouchFeels each contact as force, and corrects.
  • PathPlans every move around what is in the way.

Down to every joint.

The touch it read was felt here, in the wrist, by the torque sensor beside the drive that moves it.

  • Joint actuatorsCompact actuators at the heart of every arm.
  • Motor drives & encodersDrive and sense every joint precisely.
  • Torque sensorsMeasure the force at each joint.

One task, followed from the instruction down to the joint. The task, pick from any pose, then insert, is laid out as steps: pick, then insert. Insert runs its skills in turn: in-hand manipulation, coarse navigation, visual servo, peg-in-a-hole insertion, state check. Peg-in-a-hole insertion sees the header with vision and feels the connector go in by touch. That touch is felt in the wrist joint, by its torque sensor, beside the motor drive and encoder.
